A New Experience.
The menu at Atlas Bistro is crafted with the classics in mind but elevated to usher in a new and more delicious experience. Each dish is assembled with quality ingredients that are readily available within Atlas Gourmet Market.
Every morning, you will be able to see Head Chef David Wong perusing the Grocer, picking up the day’s selection of fresh produce, oils & spices. Which lends to the Bistro and Pizzeria’s artistry to serve you simple yet decadent meals. Like the Wagyu Cheese Burger, which features hand chopped burger patties with double fried potato fries. Or the Slow Roasted Chicken, which is locally sourced from organic farms and brined in herbs and juices for 24 hours before being slow-roasted to perfection.
